Equipment Hire
What equipment can I hire? Is the Equipment insured?
You can hire any kind of photography or any other equipment which is available for hire with your Photowalker.
Examples of the equipment are a tripod, a DSLR, an Ultra wide angle lens, a telephoto lens, ND or Polarizer filter, a speedlight etc.
All the Equipment available for hire is listed along with rental amount on the respective Photowalk page.
All the equipment for hire is fully insured with a small deductible. The details of this are also available on the specific Photowalk page.
Account
How do I register with Clickwalking?
For tourists, registrtion is available on the login page. The easiest way to register using your google account or social media account like Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We recommend using your already existing social media or google account.
To make clickwalking a trustworthy and safe platform, it is very important that you provide your real information including name and address. Your personal information is completely safe with clickwalking.com and is never shared with any third party for except for the clickwalking.com operational reasons. Therefore we encourage you to use your social media account which you are actively using. This will generate trust among you as a tourist and the photowalker you are planning a trip with and also with your fellow groupmates.
If you do not prefer to use your social media account, it is fine with us. You will have to provide some form of official id proof at the start of your photowalk without which your photowalk cannot proceed.
Safety
How safe is it to go with the Photowalkers into unknown areas?
We are aware that there could be certain risks to go along with unknown people to unknown places. That’s why all our Photowalkers are fully verified persons with a government id proof and social media presence. Each Photowalker has to go through a tough verification process in person with our local associates.
Furthermore and most important, advanced GPS tracking is currently under development which will be active on all the Photowalkers during the tour. All the Photowalkers are required to mandatorily allow tracking the entire tour – Start of the tour, during the tour and end of the tour. The end of the tour must be confirmed by the tourist. You as a tourist has various options to notify any issues real time during the tour.
All our Photowalkers have reviews and rating and any negative reviews or complains are taken very seriously and strict action is taken to remove the Photowalker in case of any misdeeds are proven.
